Game Operation Policy

Game Operation Policy

Three Kingdoms Conquest Operation Policy

1. General Principles

- This operation policy contains the matters that members must comply with in order to consistently address potential issues that may arise while using the Three Kingdoms Conquest service, with the goal of providing high-quality service. - This operation policy serves to supplement the matters defined in the terms of service and contains the effects of violations of the terms (hereinafter referred to as "sanctions"), the procedures for raising objections to sanctions, recovery policies, and other service operation standards that the company follows, as well as matters that members need to know while using the service. - The company may modify the operation policy to provide better services, and the changes will be notified to the members in an easily accessible way (such as through game-specific community notices).

2. Member Rights and Obligations

- Members can inquire about issues occurring during the service through the customer support of each game and receive guidance on how to resolve them. - Members must report any issues such as bugs or system errors discovered during service use to the company and must not spread or misuse them to other members. If members exploit bugs or system errors for personal gain without informing the company, and cause harm to others, this will be considered a violation of the terms of service and operation policy, and their access may be restricted. - Members are responsible for managing their account information. Any issues arising from negligence in managing account information or sharing accounts with others are the responsibility of the member. - Since many members play the online game simultaneously, members must respect the rights of other members. - If a member violates any of the regulations specified in [4. Usage Restriction Policy and Criteria – Sanction Table], they may face service usage restrictions.

3. Operator's Duties and Roles

- The operator will strive to resolve and address any issues regarding the service situation to provide stable services. - The operator will not generally intervene in disputes between members. However, if it is determined that a dispute due to violations of the terms of service or operational policy makes normal operations difficult, the operator may take action. - The operator will not ask for members' personal information such as passwords. Personal information collected in accordance with the privacy policy will be managed and not disclosed to others. However, if requested by a public institution for investigative cooperation, the operator may provide member information to the relevant institution.

4. Usage Restriction Policy and Criteria Table

(1) Reporting and Procedure of Violations - The process for reporting and handling violations of the terms of service and operational policies is as follows: [Violation Report Submission → Investigation → Sanction] - The company will notify the details of the sanction, including the reason for the sanction, through in-game mail (inbox), client messages, etc. However, for acts specifically stipulated in the terms of service, post-notification may replace prior notification. (2) Sanction Policy - The types of sanctions are as follows: 1) Permanent Ban: A sanction that permanently restricts the use of the service. 2) Temporary Ban: A sanction that restricts the use of the service for a specific period. 3) Provisional Suspension: A sanction that temporarily restricts service access for a specific period for investigation when suspected of violating the operational policy. 4) Warning: A sanction issued before any severe measures are taken, serving as a caution or advice. 5) Recovery and Reset of Game Information: A sanction involving the recovery or reset of benefits (such as currency, items, experience, etc.) gained from violating the operational policy. (3) Sanction Criteria Table - If violations of the terms of service and operational policies are found, sanctions may be imposed according to the operational policies, and the member may face disadvantages related to their account. Legal responsibilities may also arise for the member who committed the violation. ※ Even if the violation is not listed in the sanction criteria table, actions violating the terms of service and related laws may be sanctioned according to the severity. - The company may reduce or increase the sanction depending on the severity of the violation. ※ In cases of severe violations (e.g., repeated violations or significant impact on the service), the company may escalate sanctions to the maximum level. - If a single action falls under multiple types of usage restrictions, two or more sanctions may be applied simultaneously. - In cases requiring investigation, a temporary suspension may be applied without prior notice. - The company may take actions such as recovering the benefits (currency, items, experience, etc.) generated or acquired through violations of the terms of service and operational policies.
