Dong Zhuo(董卓), courtesy name Zhong Ying(仲穎). When the Grand Commandant He Jin(何進) summoned the feudal lords to eliminate the eunuchs, Dong Zhuo went to the capital to protect the young emperor and gained power by bringing Lü Bu(呂布) under his command. He then took advantage of the chaos to rule with tyranny, effectively ushering in the era of warlords.
