Below are important details regarding the service termination schedule and refund policy. Please check the information below. 1. Service Termination Schedule ● Cubic Sale End: Wednesday, January 8, 2025, 12:00 ● New Account Registrations Stop: Wednesday, January 8, 2025, 12:00 ● Service Termination: Wednesday, February 26, 2025, 14:00 2. Refund Policy ● Full refund (cancellation of purchase) for all Cubic purchases made after January 1, 2025 ● Refund for unused Cubic purchases made between the game launch and December 31, 2024 - Refund rate: 33 KRW per 1 Cubic - Only Cubics purchased directly by the member are eligible for refund - Cubics received through events or system distribution are excluded - Channeling members will receive refunds through the respective channel’s cash ● Refund Schedule: Refunds will begin on February 1, 2025, for each channel We sincerely thank all the Lords who have supported and played Three Kingdoms: Conquest Battle, and we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience until the service ends.
